After working as a licensed assistant for a top producer at Martha Turner Properties, Jessica built strong relationships with probate and estate attorneys, certified public accountants and financial advisers by billing herself as the “Queen of Probate.” Using her estate listings experience to become a Top Producing agent & Broker Associate at Keller Williams Memorial, Jessica was able to quickly establish credibility with real estate investors, which ultimately became the driving force behind her decision to first start her own property management firm & eventually her own brokerage.

Caroline Horsley

Caroline Horsley has made Houston her home since 1996 and has enjoyed living in Spring Branch for the last twenty years. For 22 years Caroline worked in property management at a high-end community in the River Oaks area.  She then made the choice to realize her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent. Caroline’s experience includes extensive remodeling in a management position including the office, models and choosing finishes for the entire high-end River Oaks community, giving her the perfect insight for choosing the finishing touches on your home before you sell. She also handled all the construction aspects of the property both in and out of the apartment homes themselves as well as took care of all the budgeting, advertising, sales, proposals and overseeing repairs as well.  She has also extensively remodeled her 1960 mid-century modern home in the heart of Spring Branch. This girl can do it all!

Some of her volunteer experience has come in the form of being on the board of the Spring Branch Civic Association, member of PTA at her daughters’ school. Additionally, she is a former board member of the Spring Branch Moms Club and is a member of the Shadow Oaks Recreational Association. She has become very familiar with the Spring Branch area as a marathon runner and has enjoyed watching the area change and grow in the best ways. She is our running realtor, literally and figuratively. Caroline is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

Linda Zamora

After an illustrious 32-year career with the Houston Police Department, where areas of her work ranged from proactive criminal investigations involving narcotics and vice activities of organized criminal enterprises, developing training curriculum for specialized training, designing a peer support program for police, and serving as a mediator for the city of Houston, Linda promoted to supervisory and mid command level positions and worked on the chief’s staff for several chiefs of police. Linda received an honorable discharge to segue into the private sector where she hopes to continue a lifestyle of a customer-driven, service-oriented career in real estate.

Linda attributes a high level of enthusiasm as necessary to meet customer demands and recognizes that it is this attribute that enabled her to achieve leadership positions and academic success at the FBI National Academy, National Hispanic Professional Organization, Houston Baptist University, and the University of Houston – Clear Lake graduate program. Linda maintains a network of Houston and regional professionals in several disciplines and communities as a result of the collaborative relationships she has built throughout her career.

Lindsay was born and raised in Houston.
